Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

Please note the following important points:
Leaving garbage outside the unit, in the hallways, or on the trash chute floor is strictly prohibited and considered a violation. Such infractions are subject to fines.
Large items that do not fit inside the trash chute—such as large cardboxes, furniture, rugs, and construction materials—must be disposed of off property. These items are not permitted in or around the trash disposal areas.
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire condo unit, including the wraparound balcony.
Your vacation begins with seamless check-in at the front desk, and building staff are available 24/7 to assist you.

* Resort Fee: A mandatory resort fee of $40 per night provides access to all amenities. This fee is reduced for longer stays. Our system shows the fee as due on the property but not reduced.
* Parking: Valet parking is available for $40 per night. Discounts are available for longer stays.
* Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be collected by the building at check-in.
* Long-Term Stays: We welcome stays of 28 days or more. Please inquire about special rates.
* Noise Monitoring: For your comfort and security, this property may have noise monitoring devices in common areas. Please note there are no cameras inside the unit.
